The project is located at Hua Samrong Sub-District, Ploong Yao District, Chachoengsao Province at intersection 331 Phanom Sarakham-Sattahip Road – intersection 331 Ban Prong Nok Pao, Noen Rai - Nong Ruea (Chor Chor 3015 Road around Kilometer 8+400). All project areas are in "Purple Zone" that is ready to serve industrial factories engaging in business with convenience, speed, complete utilities, and environmentally friendly.
The project requires a substation in an area of approximately 10 rai.
Provide a raw water well with a capacity of not less than 2,000,000 cubic meters and a rainwater collection system that falls within the project area to reserve water for various project activities (no water usage from public water sources).
Install 2 sets of water supply production systems, each set at 3,200 cubic meters/day, totaling 6,400 cubic meters/day, and install water tanks that support the overall water demand for at least 1 day (no water usage from the community water supply system).
The project provides security guards to take care of safety within the project area, makes personnel records of all construction workers who work in the construction area and coordinates to support relevant agencies to have facilitators in sensitive areas that are on the transport route which is close to the project during rush hours.

The project determines measures to prevent potential impacts. It promotes prevention rather than solving problems through rehabilitation and compensation with preventive, corrective, and monitoring measures for environmental impact as follows:
Treated wastewater is circulated to use for several benefits such as selling as second grade water to the factories, mix with raw water to produce tap water and use to water the plants in the green area.
There is a central wastewater treatment system in the project area with a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters/day and controls the treated wastewater in accordance with the standards.
There is a continuous water quality monitoring system to measure the quality of wastewater by the central authority every month and a wastewater storage pond of 83,000 cubic meters (can hold water for not less than 20 days).
Any factories need to exhaust air pollutants beyond the specified venting limits must obtain written permission from the project.
The factories must make a list and the amount of chemical use, especially the chemicals that may affect the smell disturbing the project and update the information every year.
The factories must measure the air emissions from the chimneys at least twice a year and compare the results with the project requirements and standards as required by law.
One continuous atmospheric air quality monitoring station was installed.
Relevant agencies or educational institutions are encouraged in promoting and training knowledge in various fields to farmers around the project areas.
It supports the local health authorities in terms of medical equipment and promotes the potential of public health personnel.
There is a project to promote health checks for people around the project area, such as mobile medical units.
There are comprehensive and adequate sound level measurement points.
The factories must control the noise level around the fence or the project area to not exceed 70 decibels.
Planting trees around the project area at least 10 meters to help reduce the noise level that occurs.
Put up signs and limit the speed in the project area; less than 60 kilometers per hour.
Avoid community sources as much as possible by designating the rural road; Chor Chor. 3015 as the main transportation route.
The factories to be established in the project must clearly identify the unit that disposes of hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste that occurs in each plant. In addition, the disposal unit must obtain permission from the government agency and dispose of waste in accordance with technical principles including requiring strict measures for waste disposal companies in both the transportation and disposal process.
The factories must monitor (Audit) the waste management method of the waste disposal units to be in accordance with the academic principles on a regular basis every 1 year and notify the results to the project.
Establish committees with the community by having representatives from the public sector, relevant government agencies, and the project.
Establish a fund for community development around the project. This included supporting the work of the Environmental Impact Assessment Committee and serving as a reserve budget for compensation.
Make a personnel record of all construction workers who work in the construction areas.
Encourage factories that establish in the Project to make registration in Chachoengsao Province.
Encourage business owners or factories to consider recruiting local workers as priority.
Encourage employees of the project and factories who are passive populations moving the civil registration into the local area where the industry is located.
Develop a public relations plan and corporate social responsibility plan or CSR to return benefits to the community with covering to create a sustainable relationship.
